eitha M. Ortiz-Lesh earned her J.D. Degree from New York Law School in 1995. Ms. Ortiz soon joined the office of McCarl & Harris, Esqs., where she worked for several years defending personal injury actions for two major insurance carriers. Ms. Ortiz joined the Law Office of Ortiz & Ortiz, L.L.P. in 2003, expanding her area of practice to include Bankruptcy, Wills and Probate, Family Law and Real Estate.  In 2006, Ms. Ortiz took a position with New York Life Insurance Company as a Finacial Services Professional and Insurance Agent.  Limited by what services she could provide to her clients as an agent, Ms. Ortiz believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of personal and legal issues. Ms. Ortiz opened her practice in 2008 using the knowledge, tools and resources she acquired as an attorney, a financial services professional and an insurance agent to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of estate and business planning.

Ms. Ortiz is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern District Courts of the State of New York.
